A total of 100+ attendees from more than 25 countries, comprising of LiuGong Europe dealers, leaders from industry associations, partners, government officials and LiuGong leaders &amp; employees gathered together to celebrate the achievements in the last year and share the vision for 2020 and beyond for the future development.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:2px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1000\" height=\"700\" src=\"https:\/\/www.liugong.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/1120-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6402\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.liugong.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/1120-1.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.liugong.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/1120-1-300x210.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.liugong.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/1120-1-768x538.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Zeng Guang\u2019an, Chairman of LiuGong Group, stated in his opening address; \u201cWe are a global company but keeping it local is a key factor for our business. This event is very important for me, because it gives me the opportunity to meet with you and talk with you in the heart of your own markets. As you all know, we have significantly increased our investment in research &amp; development, quality improvement, science and innovation. We are committed to designing in Europe, manufacturing in Europe and supporting our machines from Europe. But above all, we are committed to supporting our European business partners to enjoy success by growing a sustainable and profitable business, built on the highest levels of customer satisfaction. During the next 2 days, you will see clear evidence of this innovation in action. Firstly, it\u2019s about delivering on our investment plan and secondly, it\u2019s about accelerating our business so that, together with our dealers, we can capitalize on market opportunities. LiuGong has serious global ambitions and we are committed to succeeding in Europe. Key to this has been our 5-point investment plan that was formed to help us realize our growth objectives in Europe &amp; to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction and support. Our investments target manufacturing, sales and parts distribution, European headquarters, People and crucially, R&amp;D. To date, we have&nbsp;made significant investments in these five areas. Quite simply, because we are serious about being a successful and long-term player here in Europe. Vision 2020 is about getting things done. It\u2019s about helping to create the organization, the support and the investment to help us all deliver sustainable customer satisfaction. I am delighted to announce that we will be accelerating our sales efforts in France and Germany. We are also investing in remarketing by reconditioning LiuGong trade-ins to provide an attractive, sensibly priced, factory approved quality used machines. In addition, to help our dealers win in every application, we are also entering new segments with compact excavators, forestry wheel loader and demolition excavators. This segment focus will provide our network with increased potential and provide customers with products that achieve more work for less investment.&nbsp;We have further invested to extend parts coverage and to increase instant availability from 78 to 92%. This is Vision 2020 in action. At LiuGong, we create innovation, we don\u2019t copy it. We already have our own award-winning Industrial design studio in Stoke, where the team recently celebrated a coveted Red Dot Award for our 4180D Grader. Now, we are in the process of building a New UK R&amp;D Centre for Excavators. This investment will ensure that we continue to anticipate the needs of markets &amp; customers throughout Europe. We are designing and manufacturing our products in Europe. We are testing them in Europe to European standards. We are supporting them from Europe. In fact, for a Chinese brand, we have a distinctly European flavour. This is no accident. We have a European flavour because we are listening to our network and our customers &amp; working hard to be the company, that our customers and dealers want us to be.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the event, LiuGong Europe has officially opened the New European Training Centre in line with Vision 2020. This new training centre will provide tailored training programs on LiuGong products for the dealer network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOpticians define 2020 vision as being able to see forward with perfect clarity\u201d stated Hakan Ilhan, Vice President of LiuGong Europe. He further added, \u201cOur joint success together with our dealers rely on our ability to add real value to our customers. That\u2019s why at this event, we\u2019ve brought in industry experts to give us an in-depth understanding on how our customers` needs are changing. We have our own LiuGong experts here too, who will be demonstrating how we are proactively meeting these changes with our latest innovations in R&amp;D and other functions. Plus, we will be demonstrating our customer focused approach to key construction segments. Improving the sales organization will bring us closer to our customers but we plan to go even further to deliver a tough machine for every application.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the conference briefing sessions, there were distinguished guest speakers from world`s leading industry partners including Off-Highway Research, Tierra Telematics and Mascus where the guest speakers gave further insight on the industry developments and their partnership with LiuGong.
