According to the customer, LiuGong machines performed better while other machines showed some technical problems after 20,000 hours. Additionally, not only did LiuGong machines have any serious technical problems, but it was also easier and cheaper to receive service and technical support from LiuGong specialists. This was an important factor for the customer, especially during the economic crisis. The reason we bought it is because we have a non-stop mining process, and we are not interested in equipment with downtime. We are not interested in buying equipment that is twice as cheap and then have to deal with the hassle of repairing breakdowns. We only stop once, for a change of operators, refueling, and scheduled maintenance service.
