May 10, 2023, Melbourne – Today, LiuGong Australia held a grand opening ceremony in Melbourne and launched 856HE MAX electric loader & 9027FE electric excavator during the event. Luo Guobing, Senior Vice President of LiuGong, Pan Yuansheng, Chairman of China Chamber of Commerce in Australia, Melbourne Branch, key Australian customers and guests, as well as many local media, attended the ceremony.

In 2022, LiuGong’s 500,000th loader successfully rolled off the production line and LiuGong became the first in the construction machinery industry in China to export electric loaders to overseas markets. In early 2023, the company delivered the first batch of electric products to high-end markets in the US and the UK, receiving high recognition from customers. LiuGong’s electric loaders have many advantages, such as being green, intelligent, low-carbon, efficient, safe, and comfortable. They have been successfully applied in various work conditions, including coal mining, port logistics, high-altitude tunnels, road construction, steel, and mixing stations, and have performed well, meeting customers’ needs. LiuGong’s electric products are completely self-developed, leading the industry’s technological development. As a participant in the development of industry standards for electric earthmoving machinery products in China, the company has signed a ten-year strategic cooperation agreement with China’s leading battery enterprise, CATL, laying a solid foundation for LiuGong to keep up with the electrification development. Currently, the cumulative sales of LiuGong electric loaders ranks first in the global market.

This year, LiuGong celebrates its 65th anniversary.
